Recapitulation
The film is set in the year 2023, one year after a botched assassination attempt leaves a mysterious computer virus on its way to Earth. The virus begins to spread through computers and soon animals are dying as the virus begins to hack into the animal DNA. When an elite team of computer experts are sent to the computer company to clean out the virus, they discover a mysterious woman. Because of this woman, the virus spreads, and infects humans, just as the team is preparing to head back to their space craft.

Critical reception
The film received positive reviews from critics. Critics praised the film's cinematography, but felt that the story was "laughably predictable" and "repetitive". The Washington Post criticized the film's "amateurish set design and production values", but felt that the storyline was "entertaining", and that the "movie does have two pleasures: the performances of Phillipe and Mohr and the oddball thrills of the plot."
